	Requested loan amount to be greater than $100,000.
	Loan-to-value to be no greater than 85%.
	Not less than a 6.5% on a fixed rate mortgage unless client is looking for cash- out.
	No Bankruptcy or foreclosure within last 12 months.
	No manufactured, mobile, or modular home.
