10. How many leads can I order per day? Is there a threshold or minimum order?

Yes, Our minimum order size is 50 Leads. We can deliver fresh leads to you based on your daily requirement.

11. How do I pay? Is there a credit available?

You can pay us through a credit card, check or a wire transfer. You will have to prepay for first order. Normally we take an advance payment for the first order for a week. For example if you wish to buy 100 leads per day for 5 working days in a week you will have to prepay for 500 leads.

12. Do you offer any guarantees on your leads?

No. All our leads are sold on 'as is' basis. We don't claim the information to be correct it is simply the info given to us by the prospect over the phone. Incase you have a complaint and it is found to be genuine for a replacement Leadgenx will replace those many leads with in 72 hrs of such discovery (for details kindly ask for a comprehensive lead replacement policy).

13. When will I start getting my leads once I have signed the agreement and wired money?

For delivery of exclusive leads it will take us a maximum 72 hrs after we receive payments to start delivering you leads. In case of semi exclusive leads however you will start getting the leads the day funds hit our bank.
