5. Is there a setup fee?

No there is no setup fee involved. You simply pay per lead which contains valid and genuine information about the prospect. *Loan Amount up to 150,000 in CA and 75,000 elsewhere Confidential Information

6. What are closing ratios?

Closing ratios depends upon the deal the lender is able to offer to a customer. On an average our leads have a conversion ratio of 7% to 40% (depending upon the kind of lead you opt for)

7. In what format will you deliver leads?

Leads can be delivered in any format you require. (Excel csv, pdf, html etc.)

8. What kind of telemarketers do you have?

A lot of emphasis is given to the quality of telemarketers. Our telemarketers are specially trained in the following as a mandatory part of there basic training (180 hrs):

Accent Neutralization

Listening skills

Selling techniques

Apart from the basic training the selected telemarketers are then trained specifically in the domain in which they will work. For example all our telemarketers who do mortgage leads generation are completely trained in mortgage origination. These special courses are designed keeping in mind the requirements of clients.
